Hi Robert,

What it the exact version number of ntopng and nProbe that are you using?

You should flush your existing ntopng data in order to start with a 
clean setup with the newly installed version:

1) systemctl stop ntopng

2) redis-cli flushall

3) rm -rf /ntopng (your ntopng data directory)

4) systemctl start ntopng
