So, few words about: pkgsrc is package management system (similar to FreeBSD ports and Gentoo packages) for Unix-like systems. Unlike mentioned pkgsrc is independent from operating system (packages can be built, installed and removed without harming so-called 'base-system'). pkgsrc is available... huh... simply everywhere. Under Minix, DragonflyBSD, Solaris and - of course - linux (see [2]).
