Bridge interface on openwall host system

Hello!
For next step in my work I need create a bridge interface <br0>.
But if I do it:
# brctl addbr br0
add bridge failed: Package not installed

Utility for bridge I have on my host-system:

# rpm -qa | grep bridge-utils
bridge-utils-1.4-owl2

So, what I do wrong?
