While working with one project, I faced the inconvenience caused
by ancient init scripts in owl-startup (once again). However, this
time I had several hours to perform some rewrite...

It's still buggy and unstable, but for me it's the only acceptable
solution, as the old owl-startup is incompatible with my network
infrastructure. You may try it, but... consider it like if I was
drunk when writing it.
