Please provide more details:
  - Linux distribution / kernel version
  - oprofile version
  - *Exact* oprofile command(s) for collecting profile
  - I'm assuming you are using the opcontrol profiler (vs operf) since you say you're seeing some number of backtrace_aborted issues.  If my assumption is correct, please provide the output of 'opcontrol --status' during your profile run.
  - *Exact* opreport command.
  - Do you see the same problem is you use the oprofile 1.0.0 Release Candidate 2 I announced a bit more than a week ago? http://sourceforge.net/projects/oprofile/files/oprofile/oprofile-1.0.0-rc2/
  - And do you see the same problem if you use operf vs opcontrol to collect the profile?
