[PATCH V2 0/1] oprofile: add support for Cavium ThunderX2

This patch addresses feedback received from the initial patch submission.

V2 changes:
* Used document https://www.marvell.com/documents/hrur6mybdvk5uki1w0z7/ as
the soure information for performance events.
* Added support for ThunderX2 vendorid = 0x42, cpuid = 0x516
