[PATCH 0/5] parport: cleanup several checkpatch issues

cleanup 6 type of checkpatch issues, each type per patch:
  - trailing statements should be on next line
  - space prohibited between function name and open parenthesis '('
  - do not initialise statics to 0 / NULL
  - that open brace { should be on the previous line
  - braces {} are not necessary for any arm of this statement

The patchset was based on linux next, tag next-20170714
