Actually, there are a couple of things you can try:

- re-compile a kernel patched with a recent ACPI patch
  http://www.sf.net/projects/acpi/
  ACPI does route IRQs a bit differently, and on some systems this works
  much better (but worse on others...)

- maybe the boot option pci=biosirq helps

- try combining these options with toggling "PnP-capable Operating System"
  in your system's BIOS
