The first config table entry seems ok; the second one is hosed.  I
would think the first one would allow the card to be configured at
0x0e0-0x0ef + any multiple of 0x100.

I think what I'd do, is to write this to a file, fix the funcid line
to be "serial" instead of "unknown", and delete the cftable_entry that
asks for a block of 32K IO ports.  Then use "pack_cis" to create a
binary CIS file, and put it in /etc/pcmcia/cis/IBMBT.dat, and add to
/etc/pcmcia/config.opts something like:

  card "IBM Bluetooth"
    manfid 0x0105, 0x4254
    cis "cis/IBMBT.dat"
    bind "serial_cs"

The serial_cs driver also has some code to recognize and treat OXCF950
based cards specially, and you may need to tweak that to recognize the
manfid's for this card.
