Thanks for your patience so far, Dave. I should point out the PCI autoscan
code is not that found in 'drivers/pci' but what is in 'arch/mips/kernel'.
I point this out because, like I mentioned earlier, no values are written
to PCI_CB_MEMORY_LIMIT_0, PCI_CB_MEMORY_LIMIT_1, PCI_CB_IO_LIMIT_0 or
PCI_CB_IO_LIMIT_1. I do see that the PCI_CB_LEGACY_MODE_BASE value is
written by 'pci/quirks.c' before the Yenta driver is initialized FWIW. Any
other thoughts? I will try and verify my PCI mapping into the kernel's
address space, but it seems so simple. Thanks.
