Hello, Is it possible to switch off io space sharing for multifunction cards? The reason I want this is some incompatibility with the MPC855T pcmcia controller. In my first attempt to get the pcnet_cs driver working (for a Linksys Modem/Ethernet card), I switched off the setting to 16bit it MAP_AUTOSZ is set, and got partial succes. I now moved that change to the pcnet_cs driver, by not setting the AUTOSZ flag - and get a machine ecception. Very puzzling, but I believe the reason is that CardServices tries to merge the io space of the modem and the NIC to one if the flags are identical. Is this correct? I am using Card Services version 3.1.22 from Linux 2.4.17. Greetings, Oliver -- .''`. : :' : Oliver Kurth [email protected] `. `' Debian GNU/Linux maintainer - www.debian.org `-
