Re: PCI1520 on IXP425 -- can't read CIS correctly.

Just tested another board it appears to read the correct CIS data. 
Still seem to be some endianness (?) issues but I suspect that's an 
IXP425 (PCI controller?) issue.

The PCI ID database is in error (I've submitted a correction). It is 
actually a PCI1520 chip.

These won't actually work on an IXP425 but I don't think it matters as 
I'm not using Cardbus cards.
