No, I was trying, became mad, tried this and that, and then figured out I 
finally activeted wireless Lan support in kernel.....
Than I got iwconfig to work.
The errormessages are still there, but I already had the card working.
(including kismet ;-))
I'm sorry for sending nonsense, but like I said, I was crazy.
