There isn't a convenient way to do this currently.  You can maybe
kludge it with a shell script that did something like:

  PCMCIA_OPTS="card 'my card' manfid 0x1234,0x5678 bind 'host_ap'"
  export PCMCIA_OPTS
  /sbin/cardmgr -o
  /sbin/cardctl eject 1
  /sbin/cardctl insert 1
  PCMCIA_OPTS="card 'my card' manfid 0x1234,0x5678 bind 'orinoco_cs'"
  /sbin/cardmgr -o
