But Mike .. full control on this functionality is avalaible NOW by passing 
-K USERGROUPS_ENAB={yes,no} option.

I want say this straight: i want stop gaming with adding next 
functionality in programs like useradd by adding handle next -<fooChar> option
fo use more general and easier for extending -K <KEY>=<VALUE>.
The same reasons is on refuse any patches for RH/Fedora -r extension 
because this also now handled by -K <KEY>=<VALUE>.

If someone will say it is too long my answer will be: better will be spend 
some chunks of time for add for above bash/zsh completion macros (on 
scripting level it doesn't matter is it longer or not but using -K 
<KEY>=<VALUE> will allow write scripts better "self documenting").
