groupmems

I see that groupmems is being maintained in CVS and has some man page
translations; however, I don't see it in shadow-4.0.17.tar or on Fedora
Core 5.   The Samba folks needed this functionality so they added it to
smbldap-tools; however, they reference groupmems, and mention that it
has not been officially released with shadow-utils.
