German man pages using PO is not completely committed

Tomasz,

As far as I can see you committed a de.po file in man/de after the
discussion we had in Debian bug #378899.

However, since you didn't add "de" to LINGUAS in man/Makefile.am, the
german man pages are not built with that PO file.

Do you think you can fix this in the CVS?
