Changes:
- Sync with 2.6.0-rmk1
- Fixed error in IOP331 UART FIFO size from 64 to 32
- Enabled kernel configuration option for dcache write-alloc on XScale
  	Significant performance improvement on IOP331
- Fixed PCI-X device scan/config on IOP321 and IOP331 that causes Intel=20
  GD31244 PCIX SATA HBA hang.
- PCI IRQ assignment fix for IQ80331 w/ embedded GigE.=20
