Build Documentation:

   Download linux-2.6.4 from ftp://ftp.kernel.org
	Apply this patch directly on top of 2.6.4 kernel

   Edit top-level Makefile to point to your toolchain

	make ixp4xx_config
	make zImage

Summary of Changes:

- Add Gateworks Avila board support

- Fix memory map to match requiremnts in Documenation/arm/memory.txt

- Add config option to choose between memory mapped and direct-mapped
  PCI access.

- IRQ lookup now uses clz instruction

- Merged various bits in arch/arm/mach-ixp4xx into common.c

- Various other cleanups

- Updated to latest pci id list

Notes:

For Avila and PrPCM1100 platforms, you need to add code to head-xscale.s 
to hardcode the machine number. Gateworks will have an updated Redboot
that passes the correct number, but the PrPCM1100 will still needs this
hack. I will not be putting such hack into my tree or pushing it upstream. 

TODO (Patches welcome...):

- Add Coyote IDE support

- Add Avila/generic IXP4xx CompactFlash IDE support
