Summary of Changes:

- General:

  o Intial 2.4.21-rmk1-ds0 forward port (Lutz Jänicke)

  o Remove all traces of IXP1200 from tree (Me)

  o Fix all platforms to work with new abort model (Me)

  o Make write alloc into a config option (Dave Jiang)

- IOP3xx:

  o Fix IOP3xx PARAM_PHYS address (Me)

  o Fix IQ31244 PCI init code (Dave Jiang)

  o Update MTD map driver for RevC IQ31244 (Dave Jiang)

  o Backport IOP3xx I2C driver from 2.6 (Dave Jiang)

  o Add IQ31244 RTC driver (Dave Jiang)

- IXP2000:

  o Fix npu_has_broken_slowport (Me)

  o GPIO functionality added to code (Jeff Daly)

  o Fix MTD map driver to work on all IXP2000 rev's (Andrzej Mialkowski)

- IXP4xx:

  o Remove MACH_TYPE hacks in head-xscale.S (Me)

  o Fix IXP4xx timer code (Lutz Jänicke)

  o Fix I2C driver to not leave line in HIGH state (Christian Hohnstaedt)

- Notes:

  o The IXP1200 stuff is gone. Please don't bug me with questions 
    about in private email b/c I will just delete your email.

  o I am no longer maintaining the IOP3xx code for 2.4. Dave Jiang
    has taken over that sub-arch from me and any patches should go
    through him. He has write access into my BK tree so I'll still
    carry the changes in my increasingly rare 2.4 patches.

  o I am also no longer maintaining the BRH/ADI code in my tree. I've
    tested to make sure it works on this kernel, but I'm not touching 
    it again.  If someone wants to keep it updated, feel free to send 
    me patches and I'll merge them and possibly give you BK write access.
    Just like the IXP1200, I'll leave it in there for a few months 
    (end of year) and if nobody volunteers to maintain it it's going 
    away from my tree.  This also means that I'm not going to be moving 
    this stuff forward to 2.6 so if people need these platforms working 
    in 2.6, someone else better step up.
