RE: ttyS0 at wrong baudrate

Many thanks,
I switch off sysrq in /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq
and now it look like to run smoothly.
However, I still would like to redirect kernel console to other  place.
Is there a way to redirect kernel console to file, once kernel is already
loaded.
