I've use straight 2.6.30.

I've got smdk6410 board - result is the same (configuration in the 
kernel is only one).
According to datasheet - no differences between 400 and 410 in 
framebuffer subsystem.
I've used and oscilloscope to test nets - no toggling at all. so I 
suppose LCD controller itself do not operate.
I'm would very surprised if this kernel configuration will work on 
openmoko or any other boards
