Problems starting hardware

Hello, it may be offtopic for now, because I still didn't install linux, but I have custom made board with AT91SAM9260 and have problems initializing dataflash. I am able to connect to the cpu using JTAG or USB, when the board starts, I see RomBOOT printed to the DBGU, I can enable SDRAM and put data into it, but when I try to enable dataflash on SPI0 CS1 (I have connected dataflash CS signal to PC11 pin that is CS1) SAM-BA crashes, JTAG gives a lot of these messages (about 4-5 per second): T0C1C 044:980 JLINKARM_WriteDCC(..., 0x0003 Items, TimeOut = 50) - Data: 77 32 30 30 30 30 30 30 ... returns 0x00 T0C1C 045:034 JLINKARM_WriteDCC(..., 0x0003 Items, TimeOut = 50) - Data: 77 32 30 30 30 30 30 30 ... returns 0x00 T0C1C 045:087 JLINKARM_WriteDCC(..., 0x0003 Items, TimeOut = 50) - Data: 77 32 30 30 30 30 30 30 ... returns 0x00 Some additional info: The CS pin is pulled high using 47k resistor. The SI pin is pulled high using 10k resistor. Dataflash write protect pin WP has been left floating (also I have tried to tie it to GND). If I look to CS, SCK, SI, SO pins with scope during the enable process (when I press enable and it hangs up) - nothing happens, even the CS pin keeps high. The processor pulls up SO pin high, so all pins of SPI becomes HIGH. SAM-BA also crashes if I try to enable dataflash on SPI0 CS0. Maybe someone could help me why SPI isn't working? CPU: AT91SAM9260 in LQFP208 (so it has no PA31 pin for dataflash recovery). Dataflash: AT45DB642D P.S. the output of JTAG if I try to enable dataflash on CS0: T060C 069:287 JLINKARM_WriteDCC(..., 0x0003 Items, TimeOut = 50) - Data: 77 32 30 30 30 30 30 30 ... returns 0x00 T060C 069:340 JLINKARM_WriteDCC(..., 0x0003 Items, TimeOut = 50) - Data: 77 32 30 30 30 30 30 30 ... returns 0x00 It also crashes SAM-BA. Shouldn't SAM-BA print that it is unable to enable dataflash or something? Thanks for helping.
