This looks like something overwrote the page structure.  At a guess, I'd
say that the SDRAM controller is not correctly configured, so you're
getting memory aliases over the 256MB you've given the kernel.

Try reducing the amount of memory by a factor of two and see whether
that prevents the OOPS occuring.  If so, it points to incorrect SDRAM
configuration.
