Joystick->mouse converter in kernel-land

Hello everybody.

I didn't know where to submit the patch , so i submit it to the SF Patch 
Tracking System (I don't know if it is the good way... :) )
I haven't PSO yet, so the converter was only tested on x86 (don't care 
since this driver is device independant).
