I got mine from ebay.. Though I'd warn you off a guy called 'smiley7man'
on there that sells them.
Back on topic, I have a bootloader running on the cube that decompresses
and runs the kernel. Pics are on my site

And although the screenshot is running in dolwin, it runs on a real cube
