First of all thanks for your contributions to the wiki.

You can force PAL video mode via the kernel command line.
These are the possible settings:
- "video=gcnfb:tv=PAL" for PAL
- "video=gcnfb:tv=NTSC" for NTSC.
- "video=gcnfb:tv=auto" for automatic sensing of video mode
