Yes and no. WhineCube can boot the kernel, but only up to the point 
where it loads the first user-space program; the kernel panics then. If 
you can put your code that needs to be tested before that point, it'll 
run. However, emulators are rather simplistic at the moment, so you'll 
need to test your stuff on real hardware sooner or later.
