1. Retrieve glibc head.
2. Apply http://www.parisc-linux.org/~carlos/libc-head-2007-02-05.diff
3. Build.
4. Run testsuite.

The NPTL support for hppa-linux is still alpha quality. The testsuite
failures need examining and debugging.
