I'll try to downgrade the packages.
The most suspects are the binutils and linux-libc-dev.
I can't get a hand on a -6 version of binutils.
Do you know where the .dsc and diffs are archived ?

I checked and the missing symbol is indeed in the libc.so :

So, I really think the problem lies in the binutils.
