spam on the list

I have moderated the list for non-member posts. In order to stem the tide of
people whining about it being subscriber only, I turned off notice that your
message has been moderated. Hopefully people can deal with the fact that
there will be a few hours lag if they're not subscribers. I will add
addresses to the whitelist when I see legit mail in the admindb.
