Yeah that was it, thanks.

I have now run into another problem now. When attempting to select the 
partitioned disk for OS X to install on, the installer complains that 
the destination is not withint the first 8GB of the drive. I saw this 
reported on the archives previously, but couldn't find a resolution

I might just install natively and then boot mol to run it.
