Is anyone running OS X 10.4 x86?

Greetings fellow Mac and linux guru's.

I am trying to find a copy of Mac OS 10.4 x86, is anyone running it
yet? I found several sites that state that they have it running on
VMWARE.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

BTW: I all ready registered on Apple's web site as a developer,
however I just can not afford to pay 4500.00 for the developer kit and
my employer will not pay for it.
