Well, whatever, this may be the case or not, but it is a dangerous precedent
to say that copying of non-licenced material is akin to stealing, this is what
the music industry is using to sue teenagers, and i think that is the most
moral abject kind of things to do.

So, please say it is illegal, a copyright violation, immoral, or whatever, but
not theft :)
