Upstream hasn't been heard from in a while, I'm maintaining the Gentoo 
patchset.  0.9.70 was the last version, the 0.9.71_pre series are based 
on the latest rsync version and additional patches since the last commit.

Sure.  I've been letting everyone here know when I've updated my patchset.
