I have not seen the problem you may be having with mol on your system, but I have had no trouble running Mac OS 9.2.2 using the mol 0.9.70 packaged in Ubuntu 5.10 "Breezy Badger." I did add the "niceness" patch for improved performance under the stock kernel. Oh, and the kernel modules need to be compiled, but that's easy to do. I see that Dapper will have the modules compiled, but whoever wrote the wiki is having trouble running OS 9.... https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MacOnLinuxHowto
