RE: mol-0.9.71 is available

The header file is not there, but it's (apparently) not supposed to be, any
more:

(Yes, I'm compiling on Ubuntu Edgy.)

If I just comment out that #include, the build progresses, but still only
to the point where I get the other error I 
mentioned, i.e.:
