[PATCH mm-unstable v7 21/31] loongarch: Convert various functions to use ptdescs

Newsgroups gmane.linux.ports.riscv,gmane.linux.kernel.mm,gmane.linux.kernel.cross-arch,gmane.linux.ports.arm.kernel,gmane.linux.ports.hexagon,gmane.linux.ports.mips,gmane.linux.ports.ppc64.devel,gmane.linux.ports.sh.devel,gmane.linux.ports.sparc,gmane.linux.uml.devel,gmane.comp.emulators.xen.devel,gmane.comp.emulators.kvm.devel
Message-ID <[email protected]>
As part of the conversions to replace pgtable constructor/destructors with
ptdesc equivalents, convert various page table functions to use ptdescs.

Some of the functions use the *get*page*() helper functions. Convert
these to use pagetable_alloc() and ptdesc_address() instead to help
standardize page tables further.
