Our Linux port to the EDOSK7760 board (www.emtrion.de) which you can download from www.shlinux.com supports the USB host controller, but it's a 2.4 kernel. Porting the driver to 2.6 may require some work as I think the USB stack has changed. The controller is basically OHCI compatible but: 1. It's not on a PCI bus 2.
