Anyone got the correct cross compile fu for cdrtools?

Hi,

I'm trying to to get our build-script for cdrtools working again. It
seems it still makes some assumptions kernel include files and keeps
overriding the specified cross target arch with the host arch.

Its a bit of a hairy package to build anyway, but has anyone got any
pointers to how to cross compile it nicely?
