[linux-sh:03400] how to move kernel to ROM

i want to delevop a mobile machine with a linux built
on ROM. when the power is on, it boots linux from ROM.
i have NextIce in my hand, which can load a kernel to
rom directly. but i donnot know how to build such a
kernel image(with ramdisk).
