irq_intc2.c who uses it?

Hi,

Still porting ST40 stuff to the 2.6 tree and it looks like the files are
from 2.4 pre my ST40 merges. I'm forward porting stuff now whilst trying
avoid polluting the tree with 2.4 legacy stuff.

The file mentions the Hitachi 7751 but the Makefile only includes it for
ST40 builds. Is anyone using the 7751 intc2 stuff or should I just
assume its ST40 specific and not worry about changes to the file
breaking anyones build?

David, you mentioned you had some stuff to commit. Am I treading on your
toes here?
