It's a headache and also a sad thing. Now it's very hard to get DC&BBA and the evaluation boards are usually very expensive. In Japan, fortunately, there are products like http://www.akibalive.com/archives/000371.html which can be used as an sh-linux box. But it might be hard to find such ones in another contries.
