Ah, sure, it isn't.  We'll copy 3.3's libgcc-std.ver and comment
out __ashlsi3, __ashrsi3, __lshrsi3 and __udivsi3 for 3.3.

I'm also wating new glibc release and I think CVS glibc is in
good shape, though the release criteria would be the other
problem.  Updating glibc is not easier than updating kernel :-)

NPTL needs stable support for it in glibc, linker and compiler.
It's the case for x86 but might not be true for other archs.  SH
has compiler problems.  ARM and MIPS ports have nothing about it,
at least in official trees ATM.  Of course, it'd not be the major
hurdle for the new release.
