fd720.bin MINIX bootable image gets created 1.44MB in size (something went wrong with recent changes)

Hiaz,

I've tiried to create bootable image with MINIX fs after recent changes. 
I've chosen 720kB size (3.5'' DD). Unfortunately, fd720.bin I've found in 
the 'image' directory has size 1474560 bytes.
