I noticed that discussion a week or so ago.  It doesn't even look like 
people think its illegal, someone just plain doesn't want it.  Did you 
notice that as 1 road-block was cleared, more popped-up.  My favorite 
was "security" as in "more developers means less security."  That was a 
good one.  They might as well close shop if that's an issue...

So, what can a guy do to help.  I'm not a lawyer, but it sounds like 
that's what they need to get beyond the legal issue.  Anything I can do 
to help, let me know.  I'm a Gentoo user and an Xbox user.  The only 
non-Gentoo box left in my house is the Xbox.
