I am also very interested in Live CD Morphix based distribution for xbox.
The reason to choose Morphix over other live CD is that on Morphix with
ibuild the process of creating custom live CD is very straightforward and
easy. Check out http://www.freelifeministries.org/ibuild/iBuild-HOWTO.html

Being able to create custom live CD is very important for it opens up huge
number of possibilities. For example, suppose I've created a game for Linux.
With Morphix based live CD I could create a CD with enough of linux to run
my game and the game itself and make CD boot into the game... Now suppose we
could modify Morphix Base module to boot linux on xbox along with all other
architectures it supports (kinda like dynebolic booting on both i386 and
xbox), now I could distribute my game CD, not like a Linux, but as a game CD
that runs on all that different hardware Linux runs on.

Anyway, I did some initial research on making Morphix live CD for xbox and
looks like there are only 2 things that would need to be modified:

1. Base module to support booting on
xbox(http://am.xs4all.nl/phpwiki/index.php/MorphixBase). I have no idea how
xebian boots of the CD, so any detailed explanations would be greatly
appreciated.

2. We need a custom boot.img that contains the kernel patched to support
xbox.

Having this said, should we create a sourceforge project for Morphix based
live CD on xbox and who would be interested in participating?

Regards,
Aleksey
