Oh, and to add another fly to the ointment, we need to discuss what the new 
linuxboot.cfg should look like. If we can keep backwards and forwards 
compatibility, that would be even better.

But it will need a bit of thought.

At present, the parser understands lines starting 'kernel', 'initrd', and 
'append'.  All others are ignored - which at least gives us some 
possibilities.

Also, I'm not quite sure yet how best to organise multiple boot options via a 
linuxboot.cfg on a CD. That could be a little tricky, but I dont think the 
option of disallowing it exists - it'd be too inconsistent.
