Fwd: FATX support

Hi!

This patch adds minimal FATX detection support to file.  FATX is a derivative
of FAT, typicaly used in the Microsoft Xbox (hard disk and memory cards).

(I'm CCing the Debian file maintainer and Xbox-Linux hackers)
