xboxdumper under the GPL

I am the original author of xboxdumper. I'm happy for it to be put under the 
GPL. As the (modified) source code exists in your CVS, please just attach 
something like the following to the headers of the files:

Obviously adding other people's details to the copyright notices where 
appropriate...
